CivilTech Expo at Tamkang University

You are invited to join us on April 29, 2023, at Tamkang University, Tamsui Campus, for the Civil Engineering Tech Expo. This will be an engaging and exciting weekend to discover some of the many aspects of the engineering world.

There will be interactive demonstrations where  the general public, and those  without a civil engineering background, can easily learn about  many of the incredible advancements in Taiwan’s civil engineering industry. It is an opportunity to explore some of the many exciting developments in the engineering world.

Companies specializing in applied technology for civil engineering will showcase innovations through interactive demonstrations. Everyone, regardless of their background will gain insight into some of the cutting-edge technological advancements that are shaping Taiwan’s civil engineering industry.

The goal is to increase public understanding and inspire a an enhanced perception of civil engineering in Taiwan.

Additionally, the event will feature an online keynote speech by Prof. Roy Maxion, an IEEE Fellow and a distinguished AI expert from Carnegie Mellon University (CMU), USA. Sometime after the online presentation, Prof. Maxion will visit Taiwan to engage in academic and industry exchanges, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration through continued discussions both online and in person.
