This, in turn, helps to break gender stereotypes in STEM, allowing students to explore various fields through video content. By understanding the different roles and responsibilities in industry, government, and academia, students can gain deeper insights and have more reference points when envisioning their future careers.<\/p>\n<p>In response to this, the National Science and Technology Council (NSTC) Science Education and International Cooperation Division has launched the \u201cMeet Female Engineers and Scientists\u201d Video Platform, a STEM public engagement project.
