The program aims to cultivate internationally deployable and practically experienced professionals, enhancing the ability of domestic firms to prepare for and participate in international bidding processes.<\/p>\n<p>Program Structure (2023)<\/p>\n<p>For the 2023 training cycle, the program focuses on global talent needs, covering common topics, contract drafting, case studies, and internal training by leading domestic engineering firms. The program consists of six sessions, each lasting three hours, totaling 18 hours.
